December 2022 CDP: CANI

For the last month of the year, our CDP message will be CANI, Constant And Never-

ending Improvement. We believe that this saying is very important and useful for

karate training and other areas of life. If you are open to learning and improving,

you can always be getting a little bit better at everything you do, versus just

staying the same. In karate, you can see your continuing improvement by earning

stripes on your belt and then your next rank. In other areas of your life, you can

set small goals for yourself to spend even just 5 minutes a day reading, exercising,

organizing, or anything else you want to get better at. These little steps keep you

moving forward each day!
