MACKENSI EMORY AT CALLAHAN'S KARATE NOVEMBER 2019

For a second year Callahan's Karate was proud to present three seminars with the internationally renowned Martial Artist and Competition Champion, Mackensi Emory! Mackensi worked with our Instructor team (see photo) on breaking down and teaching difficult tricks and increasing performance strength to our students. Our Junior Leadership students had the chance to learn ways to elevate their intensity and saw Mackensi perform an amazing Kama Form. Mackensi challenged our Teen/Adult Leadership students to focus on the basics while making their moves sharp. She finished the day off by performing an incredible Open Hand Form. We are privileged and proud to be able to have such an elite athlete and positive role model visit our facility!
