One of our favorite things about being a family karate school?

Sometimes the child starts first.

Then a sibling joins.

Then Mom or Dad decides sitting on the sidelines doesn’t look nearly as fun as training. 😄

Karate has a funny way of bec

You are not too old to start karate.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need previous experience.
And you absolutely do not need to “get in shape first.”

Adults start exactly where they are.

Then we build from there.

Teenagers don’t need another place telling them they have to be perfect.

They need opportunities to challenge themselves, make mistakes, build confidence, get stronger, and spend time around people who want to see them succeed.

Having a place to move, learn, laugh, challenge yourself, and be part of a positive community can make a pretty great addition to the week. 🥋
